S124 V8 street tuning up to 0,8bar

After the last time when i did some heat cycles, i have driven the car now a few times and did some street tuning and got the fuel map filled in. according to the new flow.  This was much more different in the regions where i had no boost.  I have now the m113k heads and new exhaust manifolds.

i can feel that the car is flowing much better.  had the car running on 0,55bar boost setup the last time .  i turned it back because i had 2 knock events. I have now pulled 2 degree’s of timing in the 160 and 180 kpa region so today was testing these new ignition settings.

i have done a few runs up to 5400rpm where the rev limiter is for now  most importent was doing a high gear like 4 gear where i had knock the last time.

With the new ignition timing i have no knock noise that is over the threshold.  only thing is tht i have cyl 6 with a higher egt value that is 60c higher then the rest of the cyl.  so This maybe needs so fuel trim or checking the coil’s if the both give a spark.  Also possible that the egt sensor is not fully correct so i can swap it with a cyl next to it and try again.

but for now the car is running great running boost 0,75-0,8 bar. plan is to go on the dyno in about 1,5 months after the summer holidays.

if there are any questions let me know
