So done a lot of thinking of what i want to do and how to upgrade at least the cams and valve springs.  Because does are really needed.

Before the dyno session was planned i was already busy buying m113k heads.  I got these offered to me and that is rare in the location where im at.  Because m113k cars and parts are just rare here in europe and in the Netherlands.

My conclusion is that i have to chance the cams to at least normal 5.0 cams and have double valve springs if i want to run this higher exhaust backpressure.   This could solve my problem but to run  my goal of over 700hp on e85 would not work because the back pressure would go up more and i would run in the same problem.

Conclusion,  This turbo the Pulsar GTX3582r gen 2 that i have is to small for my engine setup and my goals.    I want to mention that my first goal was running petrol and around 500whp.  I still think this setup would run this on a higher octane pump fuel when upgrade to normall cams and double springs.   This would be a very good setup.

But is spend a lot of money in time on a flex fuel system and want to use it so in that case i need a bigger turbo.  I have a Pulsar 7170G this is a Garret copy  of a G40-1150.  i have a 1,06 AR housign all V-band and can flow 25% more exhaust flow.   the turbo is rated for a realistic 1000hp.   my goal is around 750-800hp

I always though m113k  and m113 heads had the same casting.  But at first i measured the exhaust ports and the are 3mm bigger and have 39mm diameter.  so this is changing the whole story and giving me more work.

Because have there heads.  if would be weird to only swap cams and springs.  if you have heads that can flow more air.  So im going to rebuild and clean the m113k heads.  check everything and relap the valve seat vacuum test and check all the lifters and oil channels just as i have done on the m113 ZAS heads and then swap the heads.   This is a engine out of the car JOB…..

2e problem is my exhaust manifolds have and outlet of 36mm so exact dimension of NA outlet port heads.  so when mounting m113k heads i will have a flow problem because if to small manifolds….   so i will make a complete new exhaust system.

This is a lot of work and again a lot of money but i want to do it right.

So my turbo system that is now on the car will be for sale and is perfect for running pump fuel up to 0.8bar boost but to be sure with upgrade valve springs.  if your interested let me know    also can be for sale incl turbo  that only run 400km

so what am i going to do

m113k heads rebuild and swap the heads,    new bigger turbo,   fully new turbo exhaust system.
